Welcome to the Clayton Community Library Foundation
Founded in 1989, the Clayton Community Library Foundation (CCLF) was formed to bring a library to Clayton, California. The Clayton branch of the Contra Costa Library opened in 1995.
In recent years, the foundation has raised over $250,000 to purchase books, CDs/DVDs, magazines and newspapers, electronic equipment, furniture, and to fund various library programs.
In 2025, we celebrate the 30-year anniversary of the Clayton Library!
CCLF is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization 501(c)(3) EIN 68-0190953. Your charitable donations are tax deductible!

The library has great selection of wide variety of books, dvds and different resources you might need. The library has a bit of older computers, but they work good enough to find the book you need.
